Arachnophilia is a HTML editing tool that you can use to create webpages and programs from a comprehensive interface that, while it may seem a little overwhelming at first, is quite convenient and doesn't take much getting used to.
The program enables you to prepare text documents in any format (including tables) and drag it inside of the window to continue working on it. It supports up to six web browsers, different CGI, and languages including PHP, Perl, C, and Java (in addition to HTML).
And, you'll find a FTP client integrated into the app so that you don't need to find a third-party tool when it comes time to upload your files.
